The ‘Industrialists Program’ aims to build local capacities and accelerate Emiratisation in the industrial sector. It seeks to support initiatives to empower cadres and develop national expertise in the industrial sector, strengthen the UAE’s industrial sector and boost its economic growth and foster specialised and high-quality jobs for Emiratis in manufacturing, industry and technology.

The ‘Industrialists Program’

The ‘Industrialists Program’ aims to build local capacities and accelerate Emiratisation in the industrial sector. It seeks to:

  • support initiatives to empower cadres and develop national expertise in the industrial sector
  • strengthen the UAE’s industrial sector and boost its economic growth
  • foster specialised and high-quality jobs for Emiratis in manufacturing, industry and technology
  • enhance collaboration to provide skilled jobs for Emiratis.

Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT), Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) and Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis) will work together to realise the objectives of the programme.
