The UAE Government

The UAE is run by a federal government and the local governments of the seven emirates. The powers and roles of the entities and the leaders are defined by the Constitution. H. H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the President of the UAE. H. H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is the Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE.
