‘Manzili’ is a housing bundle service designed for beneficiaries of Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme. The bundle offers 18 housing services to Emirati citizens, through collaboration with 24 federal and local government entities. It simplifies the customer’s journey and the documents required by reducing the number of entities involved from 11 to 1, and the documents from 10 to 2. It streamlines the procedures from 14 to 3 steps, and reduces the service fields from 32 to 5.
