National Behavioral Reward Program strategy
Launched in October 2019, the UAE's National Behavioural Reward Program strategy encourages the community to adopt positive behaviours by implementing a point-based rewards system that can be used in payments for government services.
The strategy aims to encourage behaviours which strengthen patriotism, loyalty, ethics and a generation ready to lead the future, in line of the objectives of the Vision 2021. Over 90 behaviours were selected for the strategy.
The strategy targets, students, youth, families, senior citizens, people of determination, business leaders and employees and is guided by the following five themes:
- individual empowerment
- family support
- community interaction
- economic growth
- love for the country.
The strategy was prepared by the Department of Behavioral Rewards at the Ministry of Possibilities.
